The ease of just a few phone calls and everything was taken care of. It turned out to be a very cost-effective solution. One of our boxes did not arrive. I don't want my rating of 2 to reflect poorly on the driver. A box was not accessible in the overall load, but we're expecting it to be shipped to us soon.

There was constant communication w/ our rep Tripp and our driver and w/ us during the process. We felt they were open and honest and felt very comfortable the entire time. My driver's name was Ventura. He was absolutely fabulous. If I move again with Allied Van I would request him to be my driver.

The driver and his helper did most of the unloading at the location, as the helpers they had were not that good. The crew that helped load was good, but those unloading were not good at all.

This is the second move and everything is satisfactory. We don't have any breakage and they handled everything carefully. When the different movers came to the new house to unload they forgot the glass inset and forgot to attach the mirrors to the dressers. The driver and crew was efficient.
